Facility

We take great pride in our clean and warm environment. Many of our patients comment that our office is more like a home than a dental office – which is what we planned! We use state of the art sterilization procedures to ensure patient safety. We have the ‘extras’ like nitrous oxide (funny gas) and stereo headphones to make your visit as comfortable as possible. In addition to our comprehensive dental care, you will be treated in an ultra-modern dental office utilizing many of today’s latest dental technologies.

Staff
Our experienced and professional staff is dedicated to making your dental visit a comfortable and relaxing experience. Our attitude is to treat you like family. We are attentive to your desires, goals, and concerns. We will do our best to assist you with your administrative and dental care needs. Our goal is to make you happy so you will feel comfortable referring your family and friends!

Office Guidelines

Appointments

If you would like to make an appointment, please call our office at 770-429-8989. At your first visit you will meet with Dr. Reese to review your medical /dental history and discuss any concerns you may have about your dental health and your goals. Information about existing dental conditions will be recorded. We will take your blood pressure and necessary x-rays. After a complete dental exam, you and Dr. Reese will discuss your treatment options and determine a plan to meet your goals. Also, Dr. Reese will provide you with information that will help you prevent future dental problems. Another member of Dr. Reese’s staff will answer any questions you may have about the financial aspects of your treatment options.

Insurance

We accept all traditional insurance plans. If you have a ‘participating provider’ plan that requires you to see someone on a ‘network’ list, our staff can assist you in determining your benefits when you decide to go out of network and see us.

We ask that you pay any deductible and estimated co-payments at the time services are provided. As a courtesy to you, our patient, we will file your insurance claim for you. You are ultimately responsible for any balance owed once an insurance claim has been settled. We do ask that any balance due 60 days past the date of service be paid in full by you regardless of the status of the insurance claim. In this situation, we will continue to work with your insurance company to maximize your benefits.

Appointment Cancellation

We respect your time and hope you respect ours as well. We do our best to stay on time and not make you wait, but occasionally we have emergencies and unexpected treatment is required. We will do our best to inform you of any delays that may affect your schedule.

We also understand that emergencies arise in your life. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice. This will allow us to offer this appointment to another patient who is on our call list, eliminating unproductive time which can help us control our costs….. and therefore your fees.

Financial

All fees not covered by insurance are due at the time services are rendered. Estimated fees will be discussed prior to treatment – we don’t like surprises any more than you do. Remember that pre-determinations are only estimates and that insurance payments are not guaranteed until a claim is actually settled. Payment options in our office include:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Credit Card: Visa, MC, Discover, American Express
  • Financing (through Wells Fargo Financial Services)

Reviews

Extremely Thorough! I had my first visit as a patient of Dr. Reese. I have never had such a thorough exam from a dentist - or any doctor! I feel confident that he can tackle any issues I might have or might develop in the future. I feel confident taking my family to Dr. Reese. The staff was very good too. Everyone was helpful and nice.
